Bone Shaped Washcloth

Dog Bone Shape Washcloth
Design by Marjorie Ashby
What you make is yours to do whatever; I ask you to credit the pattern to me. Thanks. ;)

Skill Set: Easy

 Materials:
Hook: H
Worsted Weight Cotton

 Size: varies
Gauge: unimportant

 Stitches:
Ch - Chain
Dc – Double Crochet
Hd – Half Double Crochet
Sc - Single Crochet
Rsc – Reverse Single Crochet, aka crap stitch
Sk - skip
Slp - Slip Stitch
3dec – 3 st decrease using that rounds st (uses 3 stitches)
for hd – yo, insert hook into next st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, sk 1, insert hook into next st, pull up a loop, yo, pull through all loops on hook.
For dc – yo, insert hook into next st, yo, pull up loop, yo, pull through 2 loops, yo, sk 1, insert hook in next, yo, pull up loop, yo, pull through 2 loops, yo, pull through all loops.

 Pattern Notes
·          Make your chains on round 1 pretty loose; you work both the top and bottom of each stitch in the following round.
·         You work in the back bump of the chain in round 1. Working in the back bump of Rnd 1 creates a uniform look on both top and bottom of the stitch. It also helps to reduce that question of ‘which loop(s) is the next stitch’ when working the bottom side.
